Joining an MYsocial Lambeth online event

We know it can be a bit scary the first few times you join an online event.

At MYsocial we are using a platform called ZOOM. All member events are private to MYsocial members only. You only get given the link by email AFTER you have signed up. You will get an email that morning with all the details you need to join in.

Other ways we are trying to help are:

• Make sure the event link is open half an hour before the event starts. That means you can join up, say hello and get yourself sorted
• In the email with the link, you will also be given the MYsocial Event Host phone number. The phone will also be available half an hour before the event, so you can get any help you need to get you online.
• If you want some 1:1 tuition then we have some volunteers who can help you.
