MYsocial – Together – all of us

We have a Zoom group every Wednesday at 3:30. We call it ‘Together’. We talk about life. Turns out that’s a subject where we have a lot to offer each other, being old enough to know a thing or three.

As we got on enjoying the big family this has become, we started thinking about how we could be a wide open doorway for the bigger family, the whole “village” of Lambeth and beyond, to come in through and share all the good things and mutual support everyone has to offer. Together.

Sound good? I like it. Easy? Not so much… especially if, like me, you have a bad habit of always trying to reinvent the wheel. Fortunately for us, this wheel has already been invented. It’s called MYsocial.

MYsocial is taking our ‘Together’ approach to heart. In fact it’s always been at the heart, this is just about making it happen.

So, from now on I think of ‘Together’ as a name for a whole MYsocial approach, not just the small group it started with. That said, the Wednesday Zoom group is where it’s growing from. It’s the welcoming place to enjoy and co-discover what happens when we get Together.
