Our Silver Days are designed for everyone who is 45 years or older

Time and meeting point

The meeting point is the Herne Hill Gate for Brockwell Park from 2 pm, with all exercises starting from 2:30 pm.

Choose from:

• Nordic Walking with Ailien. These sessions need to be booked online in advance via the Silverfit website. Walking poles can be provided.

We will then all meet up for refreshments and a chat at about 3:30 pm.
